📍Location: The flat is located off western road in Hove, less than 5 minute walk to the seafront, 15-20 minute walk into the center of Brighton, and a 15-20 minute walk to both Brighton and hove stations. It’s in a great location for cafes and restaurants on Western road, with lots of nearby pubs and a short distance from Churchill square. It’s in a well connected area for buses, and a range of supermarkets nearby. Basically in a great location for anything you might want!

🏡 The Flat: This is a mezzanine one bed flat, with a kitchen and living room downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It’s gorgeous and homely with an open wooden staircase, windows that let in plenty of sun, and a shower with reliable water pressure and temperature control (!) The flat is fully furnished and with it being a short term sublet I’m also happy to provide amenities that might be useful such as kitchen equipment or supplies.

💰Rent: The rent for the flat is £950 per month including bills. It’s a good size for one person, but couples also welcome!
