My wife and I are moving out of our lovely double bedroom in this well-located 3-bed flat, and we’re looking for new tenants to take over.

About the Room & Flat:

Bright and comfortable double bedroom
Located in a 3-bed flat with shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a spacious lounge.
The shared living room has a beautiful sea view – perfect for coffee, breakfast, or relaxing with a book
You’ll be sharing with:
One friendly young professional couple
One single professional woman
We’re ideally looking for another couple or two female friends
Rent & Bills:

£850 per month (for the room)
All bills (Council tax, water, internet, etc) included except gas and electricity
These are shared between flatmates and typically cost:
£15–£20 per person in summer
£25–£30 per person in winter (based on usage)
Location:

Great central location with easy access to local shops, transport, and the seafront just a short walk away
We’ve really enjoyed living here – the flat has a warm, friendly vibe, and the lounge is a great shared space for everyone.
