Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my 2-bed flat in Brunswick Place – a beautiful street just a couple of minutes from the beach and right on the edge of both Brighton and Hove. It’s the perfect spot if you want to be close to everything: Brighton station is about a 20-minute walk, the city centre and Lanes are just as close, and there’s loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops right on the doorstep.

The flat’s on the second floor of a classic Regency building with big windows, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It’s got a nice open feel to it and a good-sized shared living area. The kitchen’s fully equipped (including microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, instantpot...), and the bathroom is fitted with a large shower tray. There is a separate washing machine and dryer too!

The available room is furnished, with a small double bed, a large wardrobe with drawers, and a desk too if you work from home. It’s quiet and cosy, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

I’m 28, work in renewable energy, and like to keep things fairly relaxed at home. Im into sailing, rugby, football and getting out and about. I’m looking for someone who’s easy going, respectful, and up for the occasional drink or shared dinner. The flat’s not a party house, but I’m definitely happy having people over or hosting now and then – it’s a nice space for it.
