Hi, I’m Ingmar. Work keeps me travelling for most of the month, so I’m offering my fully-furnished studio while I’m away. We’ll set up a **joint tenancy agreement for the two of us**—giving you proper legal security without the cost of a full-time let.

* Double bed, wardrobe, table; brand-new kitchenette being fitted this year
* Fast Wi-Fi, heating, water, council tax – **all bills included**
* Toilet & shower shared with two considerate neighbours, separate from the room
* The Drive, 5 min to Hove Station, George Street and the seafront

### How it works

* I’m away **2–3 weeks each month** – you’ll have the place entirely to yourself during those dates
* We agree the schedule well in advance; when I’m back, you stay elsewhere
* Joint tenancy (you + me) keeps everything above board; no licence or Airbnb grey area
* £500 pcm covers everything
