Smart modem room for rent.

I’m looking for a flat mate to share my flat near Blatchington Mill.

The flat is tidy and calm, with a view of sea and garden from the living room balcony. I have cat that I’m looking after for the next 2 months, but following that would be open to flatmate having a pet.

The room is furnished, as pictured, including a new mattress and carpet, but I can remove and store some of this if you have your own furniture.

I’m a designer, I work full time at the office, and exercise, draw or socialise often in the evening.
I enjoy cooking and I’m a vegetarian so would prefer you to be vegan or vegetarian.

Flat has access to a large shared well tended garden. It’s 5 min walk to supermarket and Hove park, and the 5B bus takes you to town from outside the door.
