Beautiful room 5min walk to the sea

Looking for a new housemate, preferably a female, to replace me in our welcoming house share. All tenants lived here for over 3 years now and it became a place we call home. Someone who wants to socialise, have an occasional drink and at the same time be happy to have their own space would be a great fit.

Room is 5min walking distance to Hove seaside and to Tesco superstore. Bus stop is just outside the house, Hove train station is 15min walk away.

There's a huge bathroom, functional hallway and a large kitchen. Outside the house there's an allocated area to store bicycles. As a 2nd floor flat we don't have a garden but we do have a cheeky access to the rooftop through the roof window.

The room has the tenancy contract untill May 2026 that can be extended.

Room originally came unfurnished but I'm happy to give away my purchased furniture for £100. Furniture includes:
