Large double room in a 2 bedroom flat shared with 1 other professional female.

The bedroom is a large size, front facing so a lot of natural sunlight. The room will be part furnished so it will come with a desk, bed, a set of draws and a there is a built in wardrobe in the room.

Flat has a shared living space and bathroom with lots of storage space.
The kitchen will be mostly equipped but as I’m moving out, a lot of the bits will be coming with me.
The flat also has a large open plan loft area which can be used for storage. There is a double bed up there also which is great for when you have guests to stay!

Current flatmate will be a 23 year old female professional. She works in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home.
Council tax band B
Rent is £625 a month plus bills on top.
Bills come to £175.21 which includes the council tax, electric, water and internet, which takes it to £800.21 a month.
The flat is located in central hove, 15 minutes walk away from hove station and a bus stop is located at the end of the road which has links to the majority of bus routes. The flat is also 5 minutes walk away from the seafront.
Parking permits/ visitor permits can be brought from council.

Move in date can be varied as once the estate agents have done all the appropriate checks. I will be good to move out so you can move in☺️
