Large double room with en suite. Amazing location.

We are looking for someone to join our beautiful flat in Hove in April. We have a large double room with an en suite bathroom available. It's a large flat with a beautiful shared living room and large kitchen. Just off the sought after area of Palmeira Square. We are two minutes walk from the seafront and have an array of cafe's, pubs, shops on our doorstep.

My flatmate and I are both professional musicians. I am away touring quite often. I do have a cat and do rely on flatmates to look after him when I go away, so this must be something you're ok with.

It's a very chilled environment, we're not looking for any loud house party goers etc.

We are really looking for someone to commit here to settle for a while. No short term stays.
