I have a lovely single room to rent in a Victorian terraced maisonette on top floor overlooking the beach in Hove, I am looking for a female professional non-smoker, I am the only soul person living in the property. I am located opposite a leisure centre and a 7 to 11 seven days a week co-op opposite I have the 700 bus stop outside my property and the Brighton Hove buses from the bottom of George Street five minute walk from where I live I’m 10 minutes walk from Hove train station.
