Welcome to my home, which will be available from mid August
My flat is on the ground floor of a modern block on Hove Seafront.
The 700 bus stops outside so very easy communication with central Brighton. 250 metres up the road is the stop for the 6 which goes to Brighton station
The room itself is a very comfortable double room, with a large cupboard and sizeable chest of drawers.
There is also a folding table which can be used as a desk and chair to go with it, whilst there is also a very comfortable easy chair for relaxation
The monthly rental includes all bills. Of course there is WIFI and I have a printer so if that is needed, it is available.
You are welcome to use a the south facing lounge with its TV and other easy chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped,
The shower room is just 2 or 3 steps from your bedroom.
Outside there is a lawn for relaxation.
The rent is £700 per month, but if you are working from home or at home during the day, most days, then I reserve the right to charge up to £25 for electricity.
I speak quite good French and Italian and am happy to welcome people of all nations.
