A lovely room for rent, in a top-floor, 3-bed apartment in Hove. We'd love a flatmate who is, like us, tidy, friendly and laidback, who’ll ultimately enjoy living in such a comfortable, beautiful flat.

We are 26/31 year old young women, Amélie and Rita (both professionals). We enjoy socialising but equally respect each other's privacy. We also enjoy cooking together, watching films and tv series, beach walks and going out.

The property is located along Western Rd, between Palmeira Sq and Lansdowne Place. 15-minute walk to Brighton town centre, with bus stops practically on the doorstep. Both Sainsbury’s local/ Tesco express are seconds away, as is the sea.

One modern bathroom (with shower and bath), a bright living room and bedroom sea view, integrated appliances - and lovely wooden floors! We both work from home. Being able to relax is as important and we’re looking forward to having a third person complete this set-up.

£533 p/m, (water included), electricity/ wifi bills average around £100 per month, council tax is band C.
Available for move-in in early August, contract to be signed on or before, ready for 18th September.
