Lovely large sunset room by the sea !

i have a room available in a lovely 2 bed flat, 2 mins from the beach in hove, from mid october! my current flatmate is moving out & i’m looking for someone to renew the tenancy with :)

i’ve lived here for 3 months & love it so much ! the flat is super bright with huge windows and lots of light! the bedrooms are v large and have lovely high ceilings! rent is £725pp per month (sadly has just been increased by landlord), council tax £103 each, and bills usually around £80 each, but varies each month ! your room would be unfurnished, but i’m hoping to keep as much of the furniture in the rest of the flat as possible!

i’m 24, originally from up north but currently working as an ecologist in brighton!!! i love art, sewing & knitting !! i also love nature and swimming in the sea :) i’m veggie and love cooking & baking yummy food !
