About the flat:
The flat is situated in the lovely Brunswick area, a mere 5-min walk from the seafront and a stone’s throw away from Brunswick Square. Local shops include Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Coop.

The flat is East/West facing (your room would be East-facing, getting plenty of sunlight in the mornings, so is the common living room /dining room area. It’s generally really bright in the flat as we’re on the 5th (top) floor with a couple of sky windows. There is no lift!

Your room will come unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished, with a washing machine, TV, lots of cooking equipment.

There is a sunny (half) balcony accessible via your room and the living room but only through a window.

The flatshare comes to about £900/month per person bills included and you’d be only sharing with me (and my cat).

About you:
Fully employed (will be checked by the agency).
I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to me (see below), so someone who likes to do sports, likes to hang out with cats, veggie or vegan, enjoys a bit of social time, maybe watching a movie and having a drink sometimes but can also respect privacy and downtime and someone who is overall good at communicating. Ideally, you also enjoy a clean environment and would share household chores.

About me:
I am a 29-year old professional working 9-5 as a video producer for a London-based company, I go in twice a week, and work from home for the rest of the week. I love travelling and have to do so with my job sometimes, but I don’t usually leave for longer periods.

My main hobbies are sports, I play beach volleyball 3-4 times a week, I run and exercise, do classes every week.

I keep the flat tidy as much as possible and clean the flat once a week (hoover etc), I enjoy a clean and organised environment.

I’m quite conscious about the environment and try do my best to lessen my environmental impact wherever I can.

I’ve been vegan for 9 years, and grew up veggie - I enjoy cooking simple but nutritious meals but I won’t be cooking every day, I enjoy watching movies, reading books and doing photography in my spare time.

About the cat:
Her name is Hazel, a 2 years old tuxedo cat who can be quite active, loves to play and watch birds from the windowsill but she also sleeps all day sometimes. She doesn’t go outside so we’d need to make sure she won’t slip out the windows.
