We have a Small double/ single room with built in cupboard and cupboard just outside the room available in our flat share in Central Hove. The flat consist of 3 bedrooms, everyone has full access to the kitchen (has all the usual domestic conveniences including washing machine), bathroom (separate toilet), lounge and balcony. The flat is fitted with wireless internet broadband.

We are situated in a quiet street in Hove, near to shops and bus stops. Hove station is about 5 mins walk away. The street has permit parking, but there isn’t a long waiting list.

Rent is £348 per month
Bills are £108 per month
Deposit is £350

We are 2 friendly professional females, who are up for a laugh. We like to socialize and chill out in the lounge watching films etc, but we also like our own space. The flat is not a party flat but we like to go out at the weekends and the odd glass of wine/ beer
