Room available for short-term let in a loft flat on the top floor of a beautiful, classic Brighton townhouse. The large living space is particularly lovely to be in; it's open plan, has 5 windows so feels light and airy and has a kitchen island, extendable dining table, TV and two comfortable sofas.
The room is a good sized double with a large arched window and skylight. The furniture is a little different to that pictured, the room has bed with mattress, clothing rail, chest of drawers, desk and chair. We have a garden at the back of the building which is shared with other residents. There is also a locked bike shed here.
The location couldn’t be better: 3 min walk to Hove seafront, >15 min walk to Hove Station and 3 min to half a dozen buses to the town centre. Sainsburys down the road and a big Tesco 10 min away. There is no parking.
The room is available from the beginning of February for three months initially, though it may be possible to extend. Mon-Fri lets will also considered and happy to discuss longer-term arrangements for this.
You would be sharing the apartment with Max, a 33-year-old VR designer and padel obsessive who loves practicing Spanish and Zennor, a 36-year-old freelance book editor who likes yoga, swimming, hiking and cooking. We're a couple. As we both work from home in the living space, we generally find it works best to live with someone who works primarily out of the flat.
Bills not included in the price. A month’s deposit will be needed and a lodger agreement signed.
