Bright and spacious double room available in Hove

The room is in a large, bright and airy 4 story terrace house in Hove, near the Old Market Theatre. It is a lovely house with a small patio (that is currently being fixed up) and has a lot of character.

We are looking for another queer roommate, preferably TNBI, as we are both queer and would just be more comfortable as we have made this home our safe space! We would encourage you to personalise the space however you would like as this is a long term let. We would also like someone who is sober or mostly sober. We both love cooking, baking, watching long video essays and prioritise building community, we would never expect you to be confined to your room!

I am a teaching assistant and my partner does not work so is often at home. We like to have cosy evenings and often walk to the beach in the evenings in the summer.

There is on street parking but it is often quite full!
