I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy in this big 2 bed flat. You’ll be sharing with Daisy, a 24 yr old nurse and a lovely cat named Loki.
The rent is £725 each and bills come to around £150 on top of that.
The room is really spacious, with high ceilings and big windows. The neighbours are also really lovely. Some of my friends live downstairs and we know the people upstairs too so there’s definitely a community feel about the building.
The local area is really cool too. Lots of cafes and restaurants all on Church Road and around Palmeira. And we’re only a 5 min walk from the sea front and a big Tesco!
Looking for someone to move in asap.
