Amenities are very close by, just one block away on Western Road, there are cafes, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and pharmacy etc. There is a bike sharing parking location at the bottom of Brunswick Place with both pedal and electric bikes available. Beryl bikes is the company and app.

Bus routes to all parts of the city go along Western Road. #6 to/from Brighton Station, #1 to/from Sussex County Hospital, #25 to/from Universities plus many more.

The beach and seafront promenade is a short walk down through the historic Brunswick Square.

Situated pretty much on the boundary line between Brighton and Hove, it’s a 15 min walk east to Brighton centre and 15 walk west to Hove centre. Best of both worlds.
