Flat mate for double room with balcony 😊

Hi! We have a room becoming available from 16th September onwards to rent in a lovely 2 bed flat just off Western Road in Hove. My flatmate will be moving to a new location and I am looking for someone to move into the spare room. The flat will mostly be furnished but your room will be unfurnished apart from a large wardrobe. The room becoming available is a small double with a balcony and sea view. I am 31 years old and work as a primary school teacher. I love socialising and doing things together but also like my own time and like to make sure the flat is kept a calm, clean and tidy space. For parking we are zone M.
