I’m looking for a considerate female lodger and offer a peaceful and welcoming 3 bed house, sharing with me and my friendly cat

The room:
• Large, newly decorated, light-filled double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and super fast broadband booster in the room
• Situated on its own floor (top floor) — giving you plenty of privacy and own large space .
• Comfy living room and a cosy, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a sunny south-facing garden

The location:
• Just a short walk and afew roads away ( 10 mins) from both Hove Station and the seafront - in line with Babble on the seafront
• Close to the cafes, shops and restaurants of central Hove. Loads of bus stops afew mins walk

About me & who I’m looking for:

• I’m at the start a two-year postgraduate degree, so ideally I’d love to find a lodger who is a student (no council tax), but I’m open to considering a professional too (council tax will be extra )
• I eat mainly plant-based and pescatarian, so I’d prefer someone who is happy in a non-meat household / who doesn’t cook meat
• All utility and super fast broadband bills are included
