I’m looking for a considerate female lodger to share my calm and welcoming 3 bed house, with me and my friendly cat

• Large, newly decorated, light-filled double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and super fast broadband booster in the room
• Situated on its own floor (top floor) — giving you plenty of privacy
• Comfy living room and a cosy, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a sunny south-facing garden

The location:
• Just a short walk to Hove Station and the seafront
• Close to the cafes, shops and restaurants of central Hove

About me & who I’m looking for:

• I’m starting a two-year postgraduate degree, so ideally I’d love to share with another student (no council tax), but I’m open to considering professional too (council tax extra).
• I eat mainly plant-based and pescatarian, so I’d prefer someone who is happy in a non-meat household / doesn’t cook meat
• All Bills are included
