We have a good size double room available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat.
The flat is situated on Denmark Villas; approximately 5-7mins walk from Hove Station and 2mins walk from George Street. Very close to the train station and local shops! ☺️
The room is a good sized double, fully furnished with a bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and black cube for storage. The bed is in good condition.
The room would be most suitable for someone who does not have much stuff.
Unfortunately, there is no space in the flat to provide extra storage space other than the space provided in the room.
The tenant will have full use of all the communal areas; Kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment for cooking ☺️.
Tumble dryer and use of washing machine also available.
A separate fridge-freezer and tall storage cupboard will also be available for the tenant, to store their food and shopping ☺️.
The bathroom is a good size with a bath and shower integrated.
The lounge is quite large with a sofa to sit 6 people, TV and dining table.
The flat is a bright, calm; friendly and relaxed home. Suitable for anyone who is looking to come home, relax and chill after a long day at work!
Please note this is not a party house.
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy going.
Someone who will treat the flat as a home and who would like to watch a film together sometime or have a drink from time to time rather than just a house mate.
We are respective to other people's privacy and on them having their own space.
