Double Room Available Asap

It’s a big double room with so much light. There's a big loft space for storage space and a lovely garden out the back. The house is located in Hove, it's a quiet street that is 10 mins walk away from Hove station and 15 mins walk away from the sea.

The other tenants are 3 women aged 23/25, all super friendly and sociable with each other, and also good with spending time alone when needed. All 3 women are working various jobs, a mix of 9-5 and flexible hours. All enjoy going for cycle rides, going to the beach, cooking, baking and going to the pub.

The rent is £615 p/m each with bills separately (Wifi, water, gas/elec, council tax) adding up to approx £100 p/m each (a little over, message me for details. We deal with the landlord directly, no estate agents in between.
