FLATMATE WANTED
My wonderful flat mate is moving out so I am looking for a queer individual to replace her in our two bedroom flat.
About the flat:
The room is a double and it is unfurnished, however the desk, chair and cupboard seen in the pictures can be left if needed.
We have a large shared living room.
Bathroom and kitchen is shared.
Rent is £700 which includes council tax. Bills come up to around £75 per person. The deposit is £700.
The flat is pet friendly✨
The flat is available now or on the 10th of October as the latest move in date. We would prefer it if we could find someone to move in earlier.
Location
The flat is located in Hove near the Palmeira Pub. 15 min walk from Hove train station and a 10 min bus ride to Brighton Station. It takes around 20-30 min to walk into central Brighton so not very far from the city center.

I’m 24, lesbian and my pronouns are she/her. I’m a customer associate by day and music producer by night until life changes🤞. I love to go to events and concerts✨ I would love to live with someone that I connect with so perhaps we can have a coffee and see if it would be a good match?✨
