Double room available in beautiful duplex flat

I am moving to Australia and have a room available to sub let for roughly 4-6 weeks, start dates and timings can be flexible but there is a new tenant moving in on 29th October. Bills are included in the rent and furniture will also be included (bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers).

The current housemates are both veggie but they don't enforce it for the household. They are both employed full time and work hybrid weeks. There is a landing with 2 desks and also a small dining table in the lounge so plenty of space to WFH. There is a friendly cat called Roo, she mostly keeps herself to herself but loves the occasional treat!

The flat is on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian conversion and has 3 rooms in total. It's a gorgeous place to live with high ceilings, sash windows and lots of natural light. It's two storeys with 2 bathrooms including a bath and rain shower. Kim and Honey live in the 2 bedrooms on the second floor and have a bathroom between them which means the downstairs utility/rain shower room is pretty much your own (aside from laundry). The kitchen has an induction hob and a small balcony off it. The house is very friendly and easy going, it's kept tidy but relaxing.

The beach is a 2 minute walk away! Portland road is 5-10 minutes, Aldrington station is 15 mins and Hove station is 20.
