Double room available in a 2-bed flat with an office space (with sofabed for visitors).

I’m usually away Monday–Friday for work and often out at weekends too. When I’m home, I like a calm, clean and tidy space. Would like for us to get along and enjoy hanging out when we’re both home. I’m into running, spin, sauna and spending time with friends/family. I’m not much of a cook – so the kitchen is all yours! Occasionally I’ll have a friend or family member visit.

Looking for a working professional or mature/postgrad student (female preferred) who enjoys sharing a relaxed, clean and tidy home. Sociable and easy-going would be ideal – someone who wants their home to feel welcoming and comfortable.
