The flat is tucked away on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from Hove Station and a 10-minute stroll to the beach and Hove Lawns. Perfect for commuting, morning swims, chilling on the beach in the summer, or grabbing coffee on church road.

You’ll be living with me (29) and TJ (25). We’re both pretty chill and sociable without being party animals. We keep the place clean and tidy, enjoy a good chat and the occasional pub trip or card game - but also value downtime and personal space. We both work hybrid and you would be welcome to do this too.

Someone clean, friendly, considerate, and chill. Bonus points if you’re into running, politics, cafes, pubs, gaming, house plants, baking.
