Looking for a lovely new flatmate to buddy up with to take this gorgeous flat in hove, near Palmera Square just moments from the beach. The flat has a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area (perfect for cooking nights or a cheeky wine), one shared bathroom between two and an ensuite for one.

💰 Rent: £2150 divided between tenants-rent split is open for discussion (bills not included)
📍 Location: Hove – steps from the seafront
📆 Move-in: Early-mid November
🏠 Furnishing: The flat is unfurnished, so ideal if you have your own furniture or are happy to furnish your space.

Hi, I'm Betul! I am 26 years old and work full-time in healthcare as a registered nurse. In my downtime, I enjoy catching up on TV, listening to music and just generally chilling. I play tag rugby, party at queer club nights and hang out with my friends. Also recently got into chess night and looking to take up dance lessons. I enjoy a social household with dinners, movie nights etc but I also love having time to myself, therefore I am very respectful of others’ space. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and tidy.

Hi, Im Rachel!! I work from home in project management. I absolutely love my job and I’m proud of what I get to do. I love crafting, reading and a good film night! Im a homebody but I’m always up for a glass of wine or a pint at the pub! I love Formula 1 and rugby (go bokke 🏉). I am super clean and tidy-just ask Betul! 😉
