Couples preferred - Double room in Poetry Corner

Hello! My housemates are moving out to move to London so a room is becoming available :) Unfortunately the rent is quite a lot more without having 2 people which is why couples are preferred for this flat.

Base rent is currently 483 per person (The rent/bills may increase in December but this is TBD by the landlord. The amount in the ad is for rent/WiFi/heating/tax per person) Deposit stated is per person (so total deposit is £1,116)

It has one bathroom, a small kitchen with not a crazy amount of prep space means I'd ideally like people who are relatively clean (not looking for overly, you're good!) And probably working around each other on cooking meals

We have a small living room, it'd be great to occasionally be able to hang out in here to relax/play games, natter. The house isn't a party house (no drugs either pls)

You'll be in the downstairs bedroom (formerly a living room, so it’s a good size), and there’s a cubby outside for extra storage if needed. The place is unfurnished, so be sure to bring your own stuff. If you have extra furniture (like a microwave or couch) feel free to ask in case we already have it.

I'm looking for a couple that wouldn't mind a housemate being around and having a chinwag/ tv binge every now and then

It's unfurnished so make sure you bring your own stuff! If you have other home furniture/things to put in let me know as we may already have it (couch/microwave etc let me know :) )

A bit about myself -- I'm full-time working spread across a few jobs, I'm on the creative side working as a designer (UX/UI and as a product engineer) I do a mix of WFH and workshop. I enjoy gaming, there'll be some consoles in the living room with the TV so if you enjoy a game or two this is the place :) I'm quite relaxed and tidy, when I am at home I'm either reading/watching a series or playing some games
