I have a stunning large double room that will be available at the end of November.

The apartment is located in a new development in Hove on the 7th floor with views of the South Downs. It’s a few minutes walk from Hove Station.

Just steps from the apartment there is a large terrace with panoramic views of Brighton, Hove, and the ocean. The building also includes a gym and large co-working area, 24/7 concierge and security, as well as three other terraces (one with the incredible views!).

The room includes a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows, and a large built-in wardrobe. It is very light and well insulated.

The apartment itself is open plan with a kitchen including a dishwasher, Bosch induction hob, and large fridge-freezer. There is a living space and dining space.

You’ll be living with me, Fin, a 25 yo professional working in marketing. I work 2 days in the office per week. I love F1, football (and all sports), cooking, and music.

I would like to find a similar flatmate to share the space with.
