The garden room is a lovely space which is separated from the house. The room has an ensuite and a new shower, the room can comfortably take a standard double bed. You will have your own entrance and parking. There is a bus stop right out side that takes you all the way in to Brighton. Ideally we will make the room as self contained as it can be. Saying that it would be lovely to share a cuppa now and then :-) the room can be fully furnished, part or non furnished. I plan to separate the garden which isn’t shown in the photos yet so you will have your own patio space and privacy from the main house. This is a woman only listing :-)
