Double Room For Rent

Hi, I am a young professional who works away alot. I have a my second bedroom available (furnished or unfurnished) in my ground floor flat with a small garden. The apartment is well maintained, light and airy. I have a cleaner who comes once a week, and it is 5 min walk from Portslade Station & the 46/49/2 bus stops right outside. The room would suit a quite professional to share my flat with. I work away for several weeks at a time so you would get the flat to yourself during the weekdays. When i am home i like to cook, relax and game. This is not a party home, and it would be lovely to met a like minded person.
