Double room available in beautiful hove flat

We have a bright double room coming available from early November, in our spacious 4 bedroom, third floor flat located in Hove, right next to the beautiful St Ann’s Wells Park.

Room is big enough to fit a desk if you require one for WFH needs.
The room comes unfurnished, apart from a large open wardrobe, also have a double mattress if required.

One side of the room is taken up by large, double glazed windows with blinds, overlooking a private and pretty courtyard with trees and a garden.

Our flat is spacious and comfortable, and we keep a relaxed, friendly but also peaceful vibe. There is a large living room to hang out in, spacious kitchen area with plenty of cupboards and shelves, as well as a shared bathroom with a bath/shower unit, plus a washing machine and dryer!

You'll be living with three female working professionals, who are friendly and enjoy each other's company, but are also very respectful of personal space and alone time. We are clean, tidy, and conscious about maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

The Practical Stuff:
Move in date -beginning of November, can work out specifics when necessary.
Rent - £550
Bills - Roughly £125 at most but often a little bit less in the summer months, we all contribute a little to a cleaner who comes bimonthly for the communal areas.
Deposit - approx £600 - need to double check.
