After 6 years living here, I am moving in with my girlfriend, and sadly must move out. It's a great flat, in a great location, at a fantastic price, and you have a chance to move in with my lovely flatmate Connor, and another new sharer.
The room is a standard double, plenty of space for a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and other storage.
The living room is enormous and we have plenty of space for the occasional gathering or wine and cheese night.
The kitchen has tons of cupboard space and is equipped with a washing machine, as well as the usual electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, etc.
The flat has 2 bathrooms between 3 of us.
Great location, 5 minute walk to hove station, walking distance to the beach and Brighton city centre. Parking is available in the car park, garages are also possible to rent. Council tax band E. Heating & hot water is included in the rental price.
We can't have couples or pets, and the landlord requires working professionals only.
