We have to relocate unexpectedly and need our tenancy agreement taken over. We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom south-facing corner flat on the ground floor of block 2 with patio. Location is Hove BN37RS (MODA living).
It is available from October 25th.
The monthly rent is £2220. Fast WiFi is included in the rent. Council tax band D. EPC rating B.
It is perfect for commuters to London as you can be at Hove Station within about 5 minutes by bus. It also is pet friendly.
We are paying £1500 as a bonus if someone is signing a rental contract for our flat starting between October 25th and November 1st
or £1000 before November 15th.
Requirement:
The new tenant signs a tenancy agreement for our flat with MODA (the landlord) for a minimum length of 6 months starting November 15th the latest and pays the deposit to them (no-deposit option available).
So, they need to go through the usual reference checks with MODA, mainly including a yearly salary requirement of at least £66,600.
It is a beautiful place. We are sad to have to leave.
