We are going travelling for one months (Dec-Jan) and would love to sublet our split level flat to the right person/couple.

The flat is top floor, so there are lovely views both from the kitchen and the living room. We’ll be leaving it furnished, with all white goods. Rent is £1350 inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, WIFI, council tax). We can be flexible with exact dates.

It is on Norton Road, a wide, quiet road, 5 minutes from the sea and Hove Lawns; 2 minutes to well-serviced bus stop and express supermarkets. There’s a vast array of cafes and restaurants nearby along with yoga studios. Hove Park is approx a 20 minute walk, Brighton’s Laines a 40 minute walk or 15 minute bus.
