Lovely room in central flat :)

Hello!

This double room is available in a central flat a few minutes walk from the beach and lots of bus routes. I have lived in and loved this flat for over a year but am moving out with my partner. The room is cozy but with more than enough room. We are a flat of really friendly girls, all with 9-5 jobs, and enjoy spending evenings together watching tv or chatting. We’re quite social so looking for someone who will fit in with a communal vibe (but also like and respect each others’ space). The girls are lovely! Bathroom will be shared with one another person, with a washer-dryer and dish washer (which is a steal!).

You will be taking over the current contract that ends in January, with plans to renew. Contracts are currently six months rolling so it is just continuously renewed, but the landlord is open to increasing upon request. It has worked fine so far so there has been no need previously :)

You will need to pass referencing with our letting agent and earn a minimum of £17,160 annually.
