Beautiful just redecorated spacious double room available for rent in a ground floor flat located in Seven Dials, Hove. You will be sharing a bathroom, a sunny kitchen, and a garden. The room is unfurnished (but can be furnished) and is ready for immediate occupancy. Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the shops and cafes in Seven Dials, and only a 10-minute walk to Brighton train station and the seafront.
I am looking for a friendly, clean, mature, and responsible person to enjoyed and take care of the flat. I travel abroad most of the time. Ideally, I would like someone for a stay of 6 to 9 months, but a longer stay may be possible for the right individual. I am mindful and eco-conscious, and I enjoy activities like yoga and meditation.
