Beautiful double room in poets corner house share

Hey!

We are looking for a person to come and join the vibes in our house share in Poets Corner, Hove.
Available from November 9th to ideally fill by the end of November.

Room:
The room is spacious and has beautiful bay windows at the front of the house on a quiet street, with a lovely fire place feature. It has two alcoves either side of the fire place for wardrobes or clothes rails. The carpet is thick and bouncy 😊 fresh walls and the best radiator I’ve ever experienced! The room could be furnished or unfurnished.

Location:
20 min bus ride in central Brighton
7 min walk to Hove station
15 min walk to the beach – beautiful sunsets and roasts at Babble
5-10 min walk to Tesco superstore and Lidl
20 min walk to excellent work out and yoga studios on Western Road- Rox and Ekah
Parking spaces available on residential streets near Ardington station, approximately 10 min walk from our house.
Great local pubs: exchange, poets ale and smokehouse, the urchin, the Westbourne

House Vibe:
We are 4 females in our mid 30s, all doing our own thing but welcome togetherness and real talk around that. A couple of us have been friends for a while with a big social group in Brighton so we often are in the pub or doing some kind of socialising, which you are more than welcome to join! We have the best cat ever, super fluffy and cuddly. We have a big cosy living room and we often Netflix and chill there. We have a big office for WFH purposes and a garden. One bathroom, 2 toilets. I would say collectively our main interests are: going to see live music/djs, festivals, performing at open mics (a couple of us are musicians), going on walks, well-being and mindfulness and watching the sunset. Oh and bills are about £115 per month, so £800 all in thereabouts.
