We are looking for a friendly new flatmate for our three bed hove home.
About us:
Natalie is a vet/teacher and a serial hobby collector!
Rosie works in travel and is a keen swimmer and painter!
We are looking for a tidy, and respectful housemate to join our close-knit home. We often watch telly in the evening, go to gigs, and generally hang out and want our new housemate to join in! We are both quite active and love being outside and out and about in the world. Equally, we love a cozy night in and an early bedtime.
About the room:
Spacious double with room for a bookshelf, wardrobe, and wiggle room. The room looks onto the back garden of the property.
About the flat:
5 min walk from the beach (near the West pier/peace statue!)
Spacious, top floor with a slither of a sea view from the balcony.
3 beds 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Flat came unfurnished but common spaces are already furnished. The free bedroom comes unfurnished.
Parking is Zone M, you will need apply for a permit which can take a few months to receive.
