Choice of 2 rooms in friendly mature home in Hove!

Hello! We have a room going in our lovely friendly house share in Hove.

The room available is either a very large room for £695pcm (first photo) or a smaller loft room for £510pcm (last photo). One house mate is happy to swap rooms, which is why we are advertising both to provide the new tenant with options.

That said we do also have another room coming up in a month or so as another house mate is moving in with her partner, so if you are a pair do feel free to still get in touch!

The current household is 4 lovely friendly women in their 30's, plus our cuddly cat Harry. It's a mixed orientation house, LGBT+ inclusive. I'm moving out to move in with my boyfriend and I'm gutted to be leaving! We all get along really well and often find ourselves chatting in the kitchen or the lounge. Some of us watch TV together or go for walks to the beach, but we are also very respectful of eachothers different needs for downtime.

We also all love music - some of us play in bands and we each go to all sorts of different gigs and festivals. We are all sociable but this isn’t a party house.

We're generally a tidy house, and we all put-in for a cleaner to do a proper clean whenever anyone feels this is needed.

The house itself has a modern fitted kitchen including a washer-dryer and underfloor heating, a big comfy lounge with TV, and a separate study/dining room that is sometimes used for working from home. There is a modern shared bathroom also with underfloor heating, a heated mirror and large shower head, and there is another separate W/C. There is also a lovely patio garden.

The room is available immediately but the move in date can be flexible to suit the right tenant. Furniture is also open to discussion depending on the new tenant’s needs. Bills come to about £110 a month. The deposit is £692.
