A lovely cosy double bedroom is becoming available in December in a huge multi storey apartment in the stunning Palmeira area in Hove.
Our current third housemate is moving in with his gf, so we are looking for a new housemate to join us.
About the flat:
Incredible location, really huge rooms, separate kitchen and living room both furnished. The flat is one road away from the seafront and right next to Palmeira square - lots of lush green space. It also has a pretty roof terrace with incredible views over town and of the sea. The flat has a very calm, homely vibe that we’d like to keep. We also have a cleaner once a week to keep it looking clean & tidy. There is parking on the road outside (requires a permit but the waitlist isn’t too bad). 20min walk into Brighton centre. There is bus stop and taxi rank round the corner (20secs away). Brighton/Hove train stations 20-30mins walk away. White goods inc. dishwasher and separate bath and a shower.
About us:
Teresa, 37, working in marketing, amateur boxer in my spare time and have 2 friendly cats who also live in the flat 🐱🐱 if you don’t like cats, this wouldn’t be the right home for you. But we think they’re a bonus!
Marketa, 28, works as a medical writer and a dog sitter, and does yoga and acro yoga and goes to the gym in her spare time.
Who we are looking for:
A working professional, male or female, non-smoker, mature and tidy and someone who likes cats.
£630/month inc. council tax, water, internet.
The gas & electric bill is on top which works out about £35 a month recently, as well as the cleaner which is £10 a week each.
