Large great room in shared family home

We live in the leafy corner of hove next to the park. We have 2 small kids 3&5 so would suit someone that may have worked with kids or have younger siblings. Room is down stairs but next to the large laundry and shower room. House has a large living space and big garden. Plenty of on road parking with minimal restrictions. We’re both professionals and do some home working and also have our young daughter at home 2 days a week. We’re pretty relaxed and spent time out at the park, gardening or trips with the kids. We have additional furniture to place in the room, wardrobe and table however we know some people do come with their own things.
