We are Eliana (31) and Sarah (34). We’ve called this flat our home for three years, and now our friend is moving out to buy her own place. As a result, we will have a double bedroom available from 09/01/26 in our cosy flat in central Hove.
It’s a (not even) 10 min walk to Hove train station, 2 min walk to George Street, right next to a bus stop and plenty of street permit parking (zone N).
It’s a lovely home, a ground floor flat with modern furnishings, situated in a nice building with good neighbours. It is warm, with central heating and hot water included in the rent. The room to rent is unfurnished.
Looking for a professional person who is considerate, respectful, clean and tidy to join us. We both work full time office hours. We enjoy cosy evenings in front of the telly and random days out together sometimes, we also do our own things as well. We're relaxed and laid back, but this isn't a party house.
The landlord will require the prospective tenant to have credit checks and references. It is council tax banding B.
The bills work out to be approx £115 pppm which includes council tax, wifi, water, electricity and TV licence on top of the rent. We would expect these to be paid together with the rent.
