Double room available at a pleasant and semi-quiet 6-bed HMO in Artists Corner.

Seeking a housemate - must be nice, tidy, and, ideally, sociable with the rest of the house :)

Decent sized common areas - living room, kitchen, utility/shower room, bathroom, and a big garden. 6nr bedrooms in total.

Transport links are great - any 5 bus from a stop a minute around the corner will get you into town, and it's about a 10 minute walk to Hove Train Station.

Current housemates are aged 28-30 and are working professionals (Surveyor, Data Analyst, Teacher, Artist, and a Social Media Manager). Most of us grew up locally, too.

Council tax is included in the rent.

Bills are £80/90pcm (if this seems high, just ask, and all can be explained - actual utilities cost are probably closer to £70pcm but we all pay into a kitty, because costs are always going up atm, and it helps to pay for communal cleaning items, toilet roll etc. Any spare cash is sent back.

You'll need a UK Guarantor to satisfy the Letting Agent's requirement.
