2 bedroom flat in Hove with 2 cats

hey everyone!

I'm going away for several months at the end of December and i'm looking for someone to rent my flat out to!
It's a 2 bedroom flat and it's £1200 per month including bills.
The flat is very spacious, the ceilings are very high and the big windows make it very bright. There is a big double bedroom and a small office (perfect for people who work from home)!
My flat is located in Hove, right next to the Cricket Ground, the bus stop is right outside the house too! It's also a 10 minute walk from the Hove station.
I also have 2 cats so ideally i would keep them in the flat and whoever rents the flat out would look after my cats too. I will obviously pay for food, litter etc. They are the loveliest cats, very affectionate, not aggressive at all. They are indoor cats so don't require much work at all as they have automatic feeder and a water fountain.
It would be amazing if you had cats before.
