Looking for the 4th person to complete a house hold.
Please note we do not yet rent the property - we will be moving in as a group once referencing is complete.
We have found a really lovely place in a great location in hove at a really good price, just need to find our last housemate!
The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, living room, kitchen and toilet on the middle floor and two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. So lots of space and separation.
Currently the group is me (34, freelance chef and event producer) and 2 very lovely guys (one is a working actor and one is a writer)
Looking for 1 more female to join the group to balance out the dynamic.
We want to create a really calm peaceful cosy home that is clutter free and can be sanctuary and community to us all. We are all friendly and social but respectful of each others need for space. So looking for a healthy balance of social cooking and hanging as well as privacy and quiet. We will definitely entertain at times but very much not a party house or after party location. Dinners and get togethers and cosy hang outs is more our thing.
