Large 3 bedroom flat located up the road from the beach, 5 mins from hove station and less than a minute walk from the number 7 bus.
Large Open plan living/ dining and kitchen area with plenty of natural light.
Integrated Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, washer dryer and double oven.
Heating and hot water is included within the rent. (Never cold here in the winter)
Onsite handy man and property manager during weekdays.
Two bathrooms: yours would be shared with Nat, includes a shower over bath and underfloor heating.
