The 700 bus stops right outside, and the Number 6 bus stop is about 250 metres away, which takes you straight into central Brighton or to Brighton Station.

The room is very comfortable and fully furnished with a double bed, a large built-in cupboard, a spacious chest of drawers, a foldable desk and chair, and a comfortable easy chair for relaxing. The shared shower room is only a couple of steps away from the bedroom.

You’ll be sharing with the live-in landlord, who is friendly, respectful, and keeps the home clean and peaceful. The flat also has a south-facing lounge with a TV and comfy seating, a fully fitted kitchen, fast WiFi (included), and even a lawn outside for relaxing on sunny days.

Rent is £700 per month and includes all bills. If you work from home regularly during the day, the landlord may add up to £25 per month for electricity.
