Cozy Room in Professional Home with Friendly Dog

Welcome to our lovely professional household on Grand Avenue in Hove, actually!!

We have a bright and cozy spare room available, perfect for another working professional. The room gets plenty of natural light and has a warm, comfortable vibe.

You'll be sharing the home with me and my friendly dog, so hopefully you're a dog lover! I work as a hospitality manager and do long, full-time hours throughout the week, so this is a quiet and tidy home. I'm Brazilian and really value a friendly, respectful environment.

Just a heads-up: I’m a single gay guy, and this is a very inclusive and welcoming home.

Roxxy (the doggo) and I are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and enjoys a clean living space — and who might even fancy the occasional walk along the seafront with us.

All bills are included in the rent, council tax band D and I’m looking for someone who is mindful of shared costs.
