Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table. Ideal for a professional - its a quiet, flat within a small block of 6 flats. The main entrance area is well maintained with fire alarms, etc.

large sitting room, galley type kitchen recently refurbished. Bathroom with shower, bath, radiator. In good condition. Hallway, small passage leading to the rooms.
This flat would suit someone who is in full-time employment, preferably not working from home. I work full time in health care and am currently doing a diploma in acting - so I'm out most evenings and day times.
I would like someone who would keep all the communal areas tidy and would expect them to clear up after themselves. That said, I am not overly fussed about it being spick and span all the time.
Not suitable for smokers or couples. Anyone who can supply reference/s will be given priority. This is not a "party" flat - but I don't object to socialising in general, or the occasional celebration.
